This policy explains how Birlik Yoli Political Stream ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementation Act GDPR (UAVG).

Information you provide on registration: name, email, phone, country, city, gender, photo, biography.
Server logs: IP address, browser, time of visit (kept for security and abuse prevention, max 30 days).
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function (see Cookie Policy).

3. Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

Your consent (registration, newsletter).
Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
Legal obligation (response to lawful authority requests).

4. How we use your data

To manage your membership, communicate with you about the political stream's activities, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Member data is kept while your membership is active and for 12 months after termination, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), CSRF protection, and reasonable technical and organisational measures.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date appears at the bottom. Material changes will be announced via the popup banner.
