بنام خداوند بزرگ و توانا
افغانستان در آستانه یک تحول سرنوشتساز قرار دارد، جایی که پایان انحصار، تبعیض و حذف، به ضرورتی تاریخی و اجتنابناپذیر بدل شده است.
«بیرلیک یولی» بهعنوان یک حرکت سیاسی و فکری مستقل که پیشتر اعلام موجودیت نموده بود، امروز حضور خود را در عرصه عمومی و سیاسی کشور با رویکردی منسجمتر، شفافتر و فراگیرتر ادامه میدهد.
آینده افغانستان تنها در سایه وحدت ملی، مشارکت برابر همه اقوام و عبور از هرگونه سیاست انحصاری، تبعیضآمیز و حذفمحور قابل تحقق است.
